awesome article Josh, seems everyone is jumping on the video bandwagon, which is a good thing because it works.
I work with a lot of small local businesses and have tried to get them to have a video made to put on there homepage, maybe of them introducing themselves and there business. while a few have taken this up and have gotten good results many will not take the time or effort required.
I will definitely be email all my clients to read this post.

Video marketing does hold its ground. It is very powerful especially for small business owners not a lot of competition.
totally agree with not a lot of competition, is persuading small business owners to take action and make the videos. I am thinking of doing a free seminar locally. may offer a free video to some of my clients and do a case study.

I have seen a big increase in leads since I started using video, thats for sure. I love using a call for action overlay too as the viewer can just click of the video and he’s on your page. Will continue using video and expand it + it’s fun too and creative
