Hey Josh,

Oh yeah that’s so true. I had been in network marketing off and on for about 9 years when I finally heard about attraction marketing and building an online presence.

I bought Magnetic Sponsoring and it impressed me so much, that over the next couple of months I had purchased EVERYTHING from my MS back office. LOL It’s all amazing, but trying to jump in that way… whew was my head spinning!

You are SO right and people need to know, start with ONE thing at a time and learn it well before moving on to the next thing. When I slowed down and started doing that it felt like a ton had been lifted from my shoulders AND I was starting to get good at something.

Great advice here! Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Susanna,

I can see that being an issue. Someone purchase everything. Which it’s ok…As long as you slow down with the information and master one at a time.

Have a great weekend!

Excellent advice Josh and yet I am sure it will fall on deaf ears for many. Most of us have had to learn this lesson the hard way. I like the “10 languages” analogy- this sums it up so well. Enjoy your weekend.

Cheers

Hi Marcus,

Now, learning 10 languages is a challenge… Wow! I wonder if there is anyone who can speak 10 languages?

Have a wonderful weekend!

Josh,

I’ve been guilty of the “10 languages” tactic in the past. And speaking from personal experience, it doesn’t get you anywhere fast.

Focus on ONE thing at a time, you’re results will be drastically better.

Talk soon,

Hey Josh,

That is some great advice, especially for someone just starting their online presence.

There in information overload out there and we can easily get so overwhelmed and distracted by it all the in can be counterproductive and terribly overwhelming.

It’s OK to take the time to master one or two skills before moving on. It just solidifies your business foundation.

Have a great weekend!

Hi Twila,

When starting out you hear so much of great gadgets. The best thing is to pick up one or two and just work it. By working it, the confidence level goes up because you are feeling comfortable. When you feel comfortable now it’s time to work another strategy.

BTW…Thanks!

Have a great weekend!

Hey Josh,

Great tips. People really should pay more attention to developing one technique until it is working, and then move on to the next. The problem I see, is that by taking on several things at once, marketers abandon what didn’t work early on, and leave a ton of traffic on the table. If you work it until you have it down, and then move on, you can have a well rounded campaign without the holes and gaps in education that plague most marketers today.
