Article Marketing

Being in a network marketing business it makes so much sense to incorporate internet marketing into your strategies using article marketing.

Posting articles does plays a very important role in internet marketing. By producing helpful and juicy content it will boost your popularity of your blog and traffic.

Here is a little secret I discover…are you ready! The more personal the article, the more people will respond to it. If the title of the article is catchy it will be more effective. If you write more like you talk the readers will like it. If you sound like a college textbook. You’ll bring back a lot of bad memories of sitting in those boring lecture halls…ZZZzzzz

Know who you want to target, before you start to write your articles. This is important because it keeps you inline.

Here are some quick valuable tips to create a great article:

Keyword research: Know your keyword before you start writing an article. You can use a keyword tracking tool to help you find the right word for your subject. Try to use keywords with high traffic and low competition.

For example: If I was in the Dry Marker Network Marketing Business. Don’t know if one exist or not. Just using this as an example. I’m using the free tool from the big G. I did a search for “Dry Marker” and I discover that.

Dry Erase Expo Markers & Markers Dry Erase had a good search volume with low competition. I know you guys are going to go check it out now just come back and finish reading this post. :)

Back links: When submitting to article directories place a link in the authors resource box at the end of the article. Don’t just place a link to your site. You want to be creative here. This is your advertisement box. This back link allows you to generate traffic. This strategy should significantly generate more traffic to your blog.

Setting keywords: To grab the attention of the search engine you need to have the keyword in the title. It’s wise to use your keyword again in the beginning paragraph.

The next step is to include the keyword in the last paragraph as well. If possible also include the keyword in the article couple of times. Now, remember you don’t want to stuff your keyword through out the article. It doesn’t look good and it doesn’t flow when reading.

Use these simple steps for your article marketing when you are targeting for network marketing leads. Watch your traffic increase!

Before you go, go ahead and share this with you friends on Twitter & Facebook by pressing the 2 little buttons on the top right (blue & green button) :)

Mr Garcia

Keywords are very essential, likewise for the headline and the style of how you write.
You have some great tips here.

I would also like to add when creating the text in the resource box try to make it flow with the rest of the article. e.g.

“Josh Garcia (anchor text) has a wealth of value to freely share about Dry Marker (anchor text), if you want to find out more click the links.” or something like that.

Hey Josh,
(In my robot voice) I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN MAKING IT PERSONAL? Articles provide several benefits if used properly. It is much easier to get an article to rank in the search engines quickly than a webpage, which makes them ideal for getting exposure quickly.

Good tips on article marketing Josh.

I use article marketing today in my business.

Keywords in your articles are great. I also found that some article marketing sites alter the articles you submit by making some of your keywords linkable.

This is great because not only do the search engines like the keywords, but also those that contain links.

That’s my tip (since not article marketing sites will even do this) for today.

I’ve noticed that some of the articles the keyword where turn into a link. This is great!

Hey Josh,

Good points there, the writing style is actually quite a big factor. Obviously the keywords are the critical first step. If people follow these tips and take action, they will see tangible results.

Great post.

Hi Wayne,

It’s important to start with what keyword you are going to base the article on.

Good tips Josh,

I know what you mean about the dry, textbook-like posts out there — they’re unreadable!

Hi Derek,

Yeah, Dry material like the dry erase marker. At least the marker keeps you awake from the smell. :)

Hey Josh,

Great post man. Some good solid SEO tips too.

I have to admit, I have really been letting myself down with my article marketing lately. I can’t find time to send out emails or return calls most days. Articles have been out of the question. But I am hoping to get back on track soon. Work isn’t slowing down, but I have recruited my wife to help with articles.

Hi Chris,

That is great to have a partner to be their to help out. The beauty is once the article is done…You just let all the engine do what they do best…Index your hard work!

Enjoy your weekend…
