There are several basic but important business practices that you as a network marketing business owner must be fully aware of. I’ve identified 4 components that I’ll be exploring over the next two days.
If you can review this list and honestly assess that you are doing everything that is mentioned, then good for you. You are well on your way to achieving great successes within your business. But let’s face it, most of you won’t be able to make that claim. In fact, many of the points I’ll cover will likely resonate with you since they will highlight some of the glaring holes in your business.
These issues could be holding you back from enjoying the success that you deserve. So pay close attention to, and work on, these important tips so you can enjoy the ride of success.
Success Tip # 1: Time Blocking/Schedule
You must get organized and bring structure to your day/week. It is important to prioritize what you are doing. There are tasks that are definitely more important than others. Make sure you create a healthy balance within your day.
I don’t want to hear any excuses about you not being a ’structure person’ or that ‘time blocking doesn’t work’. This is foolish! The problem isn’t that time blocking doesn’t work, the problem is your paradigm. With that kind of attitude you will always find ways for things not to work.
So, use your time more efficiently (stop wasting it and get productive). Don’t forget to block off time for not just work related tasks but also personal tasks and family stuff.
Success Tip # 2: Meetings/Mastermind
Make sure that when you create your time block you specifically book off some time for meetings with your team. Now that might sound odd for those that don’t have anyone on their team. However, this piece of advice is extremely important regardless of your team size.
In fact you should consider treating your business as if you have a team of 20, 50, 100, or 1000. If you were running a team of that size you would not likely question the suggestion of having team meetings. It would make sense to make sure that the team stays organized, has goals created and achievements tracked.
You would also want a forum for not only leading your team, but also for keeping them accountable and on track. So, my point is regardless of team size all the points mentioned above are equally applicable to anyone. It’s vital to make sure that you’re not always working ‘in’ your business. Rather ‘on’ your business.
To your success,
Josh Garcia
