Continuing from yesterday’s posts, here are two more areas to improve your network marketing business that you must be fully aware of and ensure that you are implementing in your business.  These issues could be holding you back from enjoying the success that you deserve.

So pay close attention to and make sure you’re optimizing your opportunity to enjoy the ride of success.  One of the main components is to continually work on your business.  When working on the business it can be working on yourself.

Success Tip # 1: What Personality Are You?

This is likely one of the most under utilized areas of individuals to understand in network marketing business.  This is unfortunate since, in my opinion, it is probably one of the most important components to understand.  We are in a business dealing with people and working with people.

No Two Alike..

We were all born with our own set of strengths and weaknesses, and no magic formula works wonders for all of us.  Until we recognize our uniqueness, we can’t understand how people can sit in the same seminar with the same speaker for the same amount of time and all achieve different degrees of success.

When I understood myself and knew why I react the way I do.  I felt relief that I wasn’t crazy. Find out about yourself and know what you are made of.  Know who you really are.  Know why you react as you do.  Know your strengths and how to amplify them.  Know your weaknesses and how to overcome them.

There are four types of personalities; Sanguine, Melancholy, Choleric, and Phlegmatic.  The task if to find out which one are you or a combination.  There is a great book called, “Personality Plus by: Florence Littauer”, it will provide the test and you can see your personality type.  By knowing this information you can apply it when working with people in your team or building your team.

Success Tip # 2: Marketing

Here is my warning…Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.  With emergence of blogs like this one many network marketers are flocking to them and taking advantage of the opportunity to generate leads at absolutely no cost.  Go back to this post to learn the benefits of a blog.

I definitely suggest you continue to explore the opportunity with article submission communities.  This will allow you to leverage and gain free leads from articles you are already creating and posting by placing them in different article directories. Again this gives you the opportunity to generate leads at absolutely no cost.

Make sure you look at Google advertising via their pay-per-click.  It has proven to be a profitable endeavor.  Using PPC will require the use of funds.  However, if you use funded proposal process like it is taught in the Magnetic Sponsoring System you basically get paid to prospect.  If you are building your business on a budget and you want to get into paid advertising, always use a funded proposal.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks for reading and always…

To your success,
