I’m not sure if you have been hearing about the crackdown that is going to happen December 1st, 2009. The FTC is going to require bloggers to disclose any freebies or payments people are receiving from companies.
The penalties are somewhat steep up to $11,000 for not disclosing properly. Now what has not been said if older blogs are exempt from the requirements. As a marketer you want to stay on top of this. If you are using your blog to build your network marketing business. You will be safe if you are just providing valuable content to your readers, than just pitching sales review or gadgets.
