Follow These 3 Rules And Your Business Will Soar…

Self motivation leaves out the middle man and puts your motivation in your own hands. Now I can hear you already saying that you just can’t motivate yourself.

I don’t believe that for a second, especially if you follow these three simple rules.

Why?

There is something inherent in us that wants to be self sufficient, self motivated. We want to feel that we can do whatever it is we want to do on our own. Certainly there are plenty of people who say they can’t do it and need help, but if they were honest, they would have to admit that they would rather be self motivated.

When we need someone else to tell us what to do and when to do it, we are admitting that we cannot do it on our own. Take just a moment or two and think about how that makes you feel. It does not feel good does it?

Finding the path to Self motivation can seem difficult, but it really isn’t if you follow a these three simple rules.

Rule One

Know, understand and believe that you are worth while. You deserve to be happy and you do have something to contribute to this life. I read a quote just the other day and I think it says something to this idea that we each have something to contribute.

“Make visible what, without you, might perhaps have never been seen.” -Robert Bresson

Think about that! There are things that you can give to the world that may never have been seen if you did not do them. That’s an awesome thought. You also have the right to be happy. Now some would say that you have to earn it. I believe that we earn levels of things, but we have a right to the basics and this is one of them. You have a right to basic happiness.

Rule Two

No one can really do it for you. That’s right; you really have to motivate yourself. Other people can give you hints rules, techniques, and methods, but when it comes right down to it, you have to do it. The vast majority of people fail at self help projects simply because they expect someone to wave a magic wand over them and it will be done. It is up to each individual to change their life and to motivate themselves.

You are responsible for your life and happiness and no one else.

Rule Three

Don’t focus on what you don’t have, what you are not. Focus on the changes that are happening, no matter how small. Focus on what you want to be, what you want to become. If you focus on the negative, it soon becomes too difficult to motivate yourself because all you see is the negative. It is too easy to become discouraged. If you focus on the positive, what you want to be or accomplish, then it much easier to stay excited and motivated toward your goal.

There you have it; three simple rules that will help you to achieve self motivation. It will take work, no doubt about it, but if you remember these rules, it will be easier. Remember, you have a right to be happy, motivate yourself to happiness. You have to do it; no one else can do it for you. Focus on the positive not the negative.
