Generating leads and sales from online marketing takes determination to win at all cost.
If you are just starting out or have started with your online marketing venture. You are either going the route of paid traffic or using a blog as your central point.
I do want to share with you the three components that you are going to require in order for you to succeed.
- Motivation
- Self Esteem
- Determination
These three components put together will allow you to achieve your online marketing goals.
At the beginning of your marketing venture you will be tested several times and these test will determine if you are tough enough to maintain in the game.
I truly believe that everyone can achieve success with online marketing. However, there some that will take longer to overcome obstacles.
If you’ll remember that every obstacle can be conquered. You’ll be ahead of the game.
You’ll need to have a high self esteem that you are capable of achieving your online goals. By adopting this it will provide you with strength and guidance to achieve your goals.
Now, as you are building your online business you will come across things that will start to take away from your confidence level.
The best way to overcome this:
- Read a couple pages in a technical or self-help book (not a novel)
- Create an affirmation (ex: I’m an the best online marketer)
- Visualize how you want it to look like
All three of these methods will help you increase your self esteem.
By developing your self confidence it is going to allow you increase your motivation to get things started and going.
If you lack one of the three components I mentioned earlier. Typically what I see individuals do is put off their marketing and eventually stop or never start.
When you have your marketing going it is best to start friendship with other marketers. This will allow you to stay focus and bounce ideas back and forth.
Not to mention, it will keep your energy level high and motivated to go to the next level.
Hopefully, your seeing that in order to succeed with online marketing it starts off with you first. By keeping a strong mind and staying focus you simply cannot lose.
Now go strive to be the best online marketer. There are a lot of people that need to hear from you!

Yeah, self esteem is essential to encourage us to step forward but sometimes we have to face the risks and hard time. Some of my friends stopped their efforts at this point.
I prefer to be a student and follower than being a guru but somehow I learned being a guru makes you put your efforts more.

Great post Gosh . I have an additional suggestion to keep your self focused in your goals . I had read this idea in my friend blog (Jiri ) . The idea is write your goals in a paper and read it every time until reach the stage that you are automatically focused on your goals .

I was on a training call last night, and the speaker was talking about how he had achieved massive success in his first 4 months due to following the guidance of his mentor.
After 4 months time, he slowed down due to lack of confidence or something like that, and he almost quit.
The point is that this happens to everyone, even successful people.

Great tips Josh! I think if we can accept we must be in this for the long term then we will stick with it for as long as it takes despite the obstacles. Too often we expect too much too soon. A surgeon has to learn what they have to learn until he or she is ready. Why do we expect it to be different here?

Josh, thank you for writing about this subject. It is THE MOST important thing of all there is in this business..
I always explain to everyone who ask me about network marketing, that its not a problem to learn all strategies, tactics, techniques, tools.. Everyone can learn that. But what makes people reach the top is not how good they use internet tools, its the stadium of their mindset what makes them climbing the ladder.
Of course, we cant all have millionaire mindset and strong built self esteem at the beginning, its not something that we can get like vaccine, its a process of constant building and upgrading that we gain through work and learning.
And posts like this one, are great way to help us in that process.
