Hey Josh, Another great post! I like to schedule between 9am-11am for my money making activities. After that I allow myself to answer emails, do research on how to improve my systems, implement new tools, etc. Before that I was all over the place and inconsistent-consequently so were my results. Once I learned how to put blinders on and commit 100% focus on the activities that get me results, that is when I finally started to see the success of my efforts. I was an information junkie and a sucker for good sales pitches and found myself spending a ton of money on courses I haven't even fully utilized yet. Love the post Josh. You bring out some excellent tips. I agree with you on writing down your tasks before you go to bed. You should never begin a day that you haven't already finished. Another thing to keep you on track is at the end of the day, write down what you actually accomplished. 10 pages of a good book and 15 minutes of good listening material everyday.
