Awesome tips! I have myself on a daily training program to get and keep myself in the right frame of mind. It is very easy to get discouraged in life, but how you handle the ups and downs will determine the outcome. So many people are programmed to act and react to things a certain way that they don’t even realize they give themselves a poor attitude. You can unlearn natural reactions, but it takes work. Even when things are not great for me, I find that a good attitude helps me to push forward. Hell, I’m in construction and it’s hard to have a good attitude about anything relating to that, but I know that the other things in my life are moving forward and any temporary discomfort I might have is just that, temporary.

Nice post,

Hi Eric,

This post was more for me. You ever notice that sometimes you write stuff for yourself. I agree with what you said, ‘very easy to get discouraged’. That is why I purposely select the people I surround myself with.

Thanks for sharing with us…that you know any temporary discomfort is only…Temporary! I like the way you put it.

Chat with you later…

Definitely agree with your comment on hanging around with positive people, I believe that is very key to your success.

It is easy to give up your dreams and start to think negative if you are not with uplifting and positive people.

Great post Josh!

Yeah, I had the extreme version of this.

I can’t take all the credit though. There were days that, if I could have found a way to give up and make it all go away, I would have. I just didn’t have that option.
